SHIPPING POLICY
After you have placed an order I will start prepping your handmade package and it will be dispatched within 3 working days. In the UK delivery should take 2-4 days however, abroad delivery could take up to 3 weeks. There is nothing better than a lovingly prepared package which is why I pride myself on beautiful packaging, so every parcel from opulence urban jewellery is a little present.
RETURN POLICY
I cannot accept returns on items such as earrings due to sanitary issues, however if a piece arrives broken in delivery, email me at opulenceurbanjewellery@gmail.com or message me on Instagram! If any of our products arrive broken, I can either remake and resend it to you, or offer you a refund! However, I can't accept jewellery that has broken due to lack of care or has been lost (after delivery) unfortunately, as I am a small business.
