How long does delivery take?

In the UK delivery should take 2-4 days however, abroad delievery should take up to 1 week.
What do I do if my parcel hasnt arived in the time suggested?

First, don't worry! I am devoted to making sure your precious parcels arrive. As always there may be a few mishaps at the post office so wait an extra 5-10 days then send me an email at: opulenceurbanjewellery@gmail.com and just let me know and I will try to get it sorted with the delievery companies or offer you a refund or I will happily send you a replacement.
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?

No, unfortunately it is not hypoallergenic however, I look forward to making jewellery like that in the future! (individual pieces will state if they are stainless steel)
Will i be affected with the new VAT laws?

If you live in the EU you will be subject to pay import VAT from the 1st of July 2021, I cannot be held responsible for any fees the you incur so please keep this in mind when shopping with me! However if you are ordering not from an EU country, then good news! You will not be affected by any of the new import VAT laws (however there may still be charges/fees if ordering abroad).
