If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 20 days of receiving them, this does not apply to the free repairs that are available forever due to our lifetime gaurantee.

We ship from the UK so it should get to any UK households within 1 week. However worldwide it could take upto 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Delivery will always be a maximum of £4 despite the size of your package or the distance (unless you want worldwide tracked!).
